Hello, I'm a Health & Wellness Coach specialising in women's nutrition, stress management, and mindfulness.
Knowledge of how our body works and responds to our environment is key in achieving health & wellness goals. During every session we explore together your concerns, along with the physical and emotional aspects, and the science behind recommendations.
We discuss how you define wellness, explore your vision, and look at your strengths and potential obstacles. Together we design a personalised program with attainable goals. Over the coming sessions, we monitor and evaluate progress and adjust the program as needed.
Sessions and workshops are conducted either online or in person in Paris. Our first appointment is a free mini session to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and determine if we would be a good match.
