I'm a Health & Wellness Coach, specialising in holistic nutrition, women's health and wellness, stress management, and mindfulness.
Knowledge of how our body works and responds to our environment is critical in long term goal attainment. During every session my aim is to answer your questions and share as much knowledge and science as you wish, to help you develop and meet your goals.
We discuss how you define wellness, explore your vision, and look at your strengths and potential obstacles. Together we design a personalised program with measurable goals. Over the coming sessions, we monitor and evaluate progress and adjust the program as needed.
Sessions and workshops are conducted either online or in person in Paris. Our first appointment is a free mini session to get to know each other, discuss your goals, and determine if we would be a good match.
